Abilicorp Disability Benefits Planning

The Abilicorp Disability Benefit Program recognizes and addresses the issues surrounding the possibility of losing cash and/or health care benefits by people with disabilities seeking employment. Although there are work incentive programs designed to alleviate this problem, these programs are quite complex making it very difficult to maintain program eligibility and compliance. Abilicorp’s unique approach to the problem leverages a combination of highly skilled Disability Benefits Planners, Human Resources expertise, and dedicated Personal Advisors who are committed to helping each Associate maximize and protect benefits necessary to maintain independence and employment.

Our benefits program is designed to help our Associates select and set up financial tools to meet their unique, individual needs. Our Associates may receive assistance in establishing Individual Development Accounts (IDA), Health Services Accounts (HSA), and/or Individual Retirement Accounts (IRA); writing Plans for Achieving Self-Support (PASS); and identifying Impairment Related Work Expenses (IRWE) for state and federal work incentive programs and the Internal Revenue Service.

Associates may also participate in the Abilicorp Disability Work-Related Reimbursement Program. This program reimburses Associates for work-related expenses such as accessible transportation, personal assistant services, rental of assistive technologies, and accessible home office rent. This program covers expenditures that may not be covered by other plans and would otherwise be classified as ‘beyond reasonable accommodations.’ These disability work-related expenses are vital to the Associate’s ability to acquire and maintain his/her job.

We invite your questions or comments as we continuously work to improve our Services’ ability to meet your needs as a worker with disabilities. Please contact us at (888) 766-6530 or info@Abilicorp.com.
